Breakfast Sausages ‘n Eggs
Created exclusively for those Sunday morning treats. A quick and easy breakfast bringing all the flavour in six simple steps. Serve these sweet maple and smoky bacon sausages with cheesy eggs on lightly toasted sourdough for the ultimate tasty breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 Packet of MOR Pork Sausages with Smoked Bacon & Maple | |
2 tbsp oil | |
Salt and black pepper for a sprinkle of seasoning | |
3 coriander leaves | |
6 eggs | |
1/4 cup cheese-cheddar | |
Sourdough bread | |
Avocado |

Directions:
Heat up a pan
To begin, heat some oil in a pan and add in the eggs.
Season the eggs
Next add in some grated cheese, mix well and season the cheesy eggs with salt and pepper.
Put the eggs to one side
Once cooked take the eggs out of the pan, put them on a plate and place them in the oven to keep warm.
Grill the sausages
Now grill the sausages for 16-18 minutes or until they brown, and once cooked transfer to the plate with the eggs.
Garnish
Once plated garnish with coriander leaves.
Finish and serve
Serve on lightly toasted sourdough bread with some creamy avocado slices.
