Classic Beef Burgers
Need we say MOR? Bring the classic burger to life with these beef patties packed with extra sweet flavour from juicy red peppers. Perfect as a hearty treat for the kids or with friends… this recipe gives you flavour with every mouthful without the ‘burger guilt’.
|1 Packet of MOR Beef & Red Pepper Burgers
|1 tbsp sunflower oil
|200g melting cheese, such as Cheddar, Gruyère or Taleggio, sliced
|2 burger buns
|4 tbsp mayonnaise
|2 tsp Dijon mustard
|Avocado, tomato and red onion, sliced

Cook the burgers
Heat a griddle pan. Brush both sides of the burgers with oil and cook for 3-4 minutes each side or until well browned and cooked.
Add the cheese
Meanwhile, preheat the grill to medium heat. Top each burger with a slice of cheese and grill for 2 minutes until the cheese is bubbling.
Toast the burger buns
Next toast the burger buns until lightly golden.
Serve up the burgers
To serve add the mayonnaise with the mustard and spread over the base of each bun, followed by some tomato, lettuce and avocado slices, then the burger, red onion slices and the other half of the bun.
Serve with a small bowl of fries and ketchup.
